“Now, we have ourselves as a good organization, to build a healthy organization and to put in place a system that can help us to monitor what we do, and to regularly be evaluated,” His Grace stated.

The first day of the meeting saw leaders and representatives from each Commissions  present their key initiatives and projects in alignment with the Pastoral Mission Plan.

Each Commission highlighted recent achievements and shared success stories, demonstrating the impact of their work within the Archdiocese, after which they outlined action plans aimed at addressing the seven-goal Pastoral Mission Plan.

The Archbishop expressed his joy at witnessing this collective effort, “It gives me a lot of joy. It’s going to take us see the present environment and transformation – it’s going to be a moment of transformation, transfiguration that we are having here.”

The second day of the meeting was dedicated to reviewing and refining action plans, in which each Commission outlined their top-five action items to ensure that the Archdiocese continues to make meaningful and impactful progress in implementing its Pastoral Mission Plan.

His Grace reiterated the importance of active participation in shaping the transformation of the Church.

“We do a lot of good things through all the participations. We take part in transformation,” the Archbishop noted, acknowledging the commitment and dedication of all involved leaders and representatives from various Commissions.

The two-day meeting concluded with a session on reporting expectations and reinforcing accountability, aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement and advancement within the Archdiocese.

As the Archdiocese prepares for its next quarterly meeting in June, the Archbishop expressed his gratitude and optimism for the future, “I offer my gratitude for your generosity. So, we all really thankful to each and everyone of you … and we look forward to the next meeting in June – where we will continue to take little steps from this meeting to the next one. I’m sure we will, with the help of the Holy Spirit, we will make many good steps.”

His Grace’s sentiments stressed the significance of these meetings that allows the Archdiocese to review, reflect, and refine its mission-driven efforts, as it remains committed and dedicated to its Pastoral Mission to ensure meaningful and lasting impacts in the future.
